Living Awake:

Navigating Today’s World with Tantrik Yoga

If you’ve ever felt the tension between the deep love & compassion experienced through spiritual practice and the often harsh realities of the modern world, you’re not alone. In the current climate of economic uncertainty and political divisiveness, many of us grapple with how to stay open-hearted without feeling overwhelmed, how to remain sensitive without feeling shut down, or how to make a difference.

In this half-day workshop, we’ll explore the practical wisdom of the nondual Tantric tradition for living an awakened life right in the midst of uncertainty and change. Join us to discover ways to find the natural harmony between inner truth and the world we inhabit, and to learn tools to meet life’s complexities with clarity, courage, and love.
